The three-year training is meant for those people who want to widen their knowledge and expand their experience; using conscious connected breathing as therapy as well as a means for transformation and consciousness for themselves and others. The training can be done both as a personal process and a professional training in Integrative Breathwork Therapy.

The training is theoretical as well as practical, with great emphasis on 'learning by doing'.
